Callidus Design has been appointed by Royal Troon Golf Club to investigate issues surrounding the existing kitchen ventilation system. The adjacent Dining Room ventilation is being adversely affected by the excess extract from the kitchen. The problem is expected to be resolved by correctly balancing the Fresh Air and Extract air and replacing sections of ductwork which have very high pressure drops.
