Callidus Design has been appointed by the Shetland Recreational Trust SRT) to provide services condition surveys for all of their leisure facilities located across Shetland. The condition survey reports will contain a matrix of end of life forecasts and budget replacement costs for all major mechanical and electrical systems to permit the SRT to set out a 10 year replacement programme and associated budget.
